SHIPPING INFORMATION
​
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (and sometimes Saturdays). Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch and 2-5 days for your order to reach you (depending on Central or Rural Delivery). During peak seasons, such as Christmas, shipping may be a bit slower with couriers being super busy! Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be sent out within the next working day.

COST OF SHIPPING

Shipping within New Zealand is NZD$8.80, and free for NZ orders over NZD$180.00.
- Delivery time: 2-4 working days with Courier Post NZ

Australian Orders from NZD$16 and is calculated by weight.
- Delivery time: 3-10 working days
​
International Shipping is NZD$36.00 and is calculated by weight.
- Delivery time: 3-10 working days

TRACKING MY ORDER
Our packages are sent by NZ Post. You’ll receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your order as it journeys over to you to make sure it arrives without a hitch!
Simply enter the login details if you would like to log in to track the status of your order, or to find out where your beautiful crystals are in transit!

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Pricing is in local New Zealand dollars ($NZ) and includes GST of 15%.
We accept major credit cards for online payment (Visa and Mastercard). All our payments are processed via a third party, Stripe. This payment gateway meets the payment card industry data security standards using 3-D secure and is PCI Level 1 compliant. It is the highest grade of payment processing security.
Crystal Muse sale offers may pop up at any time! Prices on products are taken from the time of purchase, and sale prices that are applied at a later date than your time of purchase aren’t applicable - just to keep things fair for all our lovely Crystal Muse customers.

GIFT WRAPPING
​
Every order placed comes in a gift box or paper bag (size dependent), coloured straw, velvet pouch (subject to crystal size and availability) and information on each crystal purchased. This is a standard, free service.
If your order is a gift, please specify, and we will remove invoice in the packaging. An invoice can be emailed to you. If you would like a note added, please specify in the notes section at checkout.
